Located in San Diego, CA we specialize in the most natural and hyper realistic nano brows, microblading, ombre brows and lip blush. We also offer beginner and advanced nano brow training in San Diego, online education, and personalized mentorship for permanent makeup artists.

Tori | Owner and Artist
Tori is a San Diego permanent makeup artist specializing in hyper-realistic, natural-looking results. She has worked in the beauty industry since 2012 and has focused on permanent makeup since 2017.
She offers nano brows, combo brows, ombré brows, and lip blush. Rather than giving every client the same result, Tori designs each brow or lip around the client's facial structure, natural hair growth, and coloring, so it looks like them on their best day.
Tori is also an educator, teaching nano brow technique to new and experienced artists through hands-on and online training at Tori Celina Beauty.

Tabetha | Cosmetic Tattoo Artist & Esthetician
Tabetha is the founder of Power of Pigment and a multi-certified esthetician and cosmetic tattoo artist in San Diego. Originally from Salt Lake City, she moved to San Diego in 2015 and began her permanent makeup career in 2018.
She specializes in natural, hyper-realistic cosmetic and restorative tattooing, including nano brows, ombré powder brows, lip blush, areola restoration, and scar camouflage.
As an esthetician, she also offers scar revision, lash lifts, and brow lamination.
Tabetha's approach starts with listening. She maps out what each client needs and wants, and works to build trust through every step of the process.

Adia | Tattoo Artist & Permanent Makeup Artist
Adia is a multi-certified cosmetic tattoo artist and lip blush master artist in San Diego. She spent 20 years as a cosmetologist before turning to tattooing, and she has been painting in oils since childhood. That fine art foundation shows in her work, which is soft, balanced, and tailored to each face.
Her cosmetic services include powder brows, combo brows, lip blush, eyeliner, freckles, areola restoration, and scar camouflage. She also creates body art, specializing in illustrative fine line, portraiture, and mandala designs.
Adia's background as a portrait artist, art teacher, and makeup artist shapes how she works. She takes time to understand what each client wants and designs around their features, with a calm, comfortable experience from consultation to healing.
Amanda | Cosmetic Tattoo Artist
Amanda is the artist behind Davila Cosmetic Tattoo, a multi-certified cosmetic tattoo artist in San Diego who specializes in realistic, natural brows. She offers nano, powder, ombré, and combination brows, along with lip blush.
Amanda came to cosmetic tattooing in 2020, when she was getting tattooed herself and realized she could combine beauty, artistry, and tattooing into one career. She trained with experts and earned professional certifications before starting her own business, and she continues to train as the industry evolves. She began working as a cosmetic tattoo artist in 2023.
A Chicago native who lived in Atlanta for 15 years, Amanda has called San Diego home since 2002. Her goal is simple: to help each client look and feel their best with brows designed around their own face.
Paige | Tattoo Artist
Paige is the owner of Cherry and Black Ink and a San Diego tattoo artist who has been tattooing since 2022. She specializes in fine line work, creating clean, detailed designs that reflect each client's style and story.
Whether you want a small, minimalist piece or something delicate and intricate, Paige designs every tattoo to feel personal and one-of-a-kind.
Lindsey | Cosmetic Tattoo Artist
Lindsey specializes in one thing: natural, realistic nano brows. After more than 18 years as a professional makeup artist, she understands faces, and how small changes in shape, balance, and color can transform the way you feel about yours without changing what makes you look like you.
Whether your brows have thinned from over-plucking or age, or you simply never had much natural brow hair, Lindsey uses delicate hairstrokes designed around your own features. The goal isn't trendy, overly dark brows. It's brows that look like they were always yours, just more defined and polished.
